In some cases, personal data concerning you is provided to our trusted partners in order to provide you with the requested service or improve your customer experience.

We share your data with our data handling partners: Google, WordPress, Woocommerce and our business partners: OVH, Mollie, SendCloud, Bpost and parcel delivery companies.

Observation: Before each delivery, you will receive an email informing you of the name of the company in charge of the delivery. It is thus evident that your personal details are legitimately transferred to the company in question: first name, surname, address, email address, telephone number, company name (for professionals).

Connected third parties:

– Mollie is in charge of our online payment system and collects your first name, surname and bank details.
– Mailchimp is in charge of sending our newsletter and collects your first name, surname, location, date of birth and email address.
– Delivery companies, such as B-post DPD, UPS and DHL.
– WordPress and Woocommerce who develop our website and who, to our knowledge, collect anonymous data

We strive to only work with data handling partners who can ensure an adequate level of protection for your personal data. We disclose your personal data to third parties or government officers when we are legally bound to do so.

Article 7. How long do we store your personal data for?

We store your data for as long as your account remains active or for as long as is necessary to provide our online services to you or, if you are in direct contact with our customer service department, as long as is necessary to handle your data.

We may also store some of your information, even after you close your account, for any legal or regulatory requests in order to settle a dispute or prevent fraud and malicious acts.

Article 8. How do we secure your personal data?

We protect your personal data to the best of our ability. We use secure protocols to communicate and transfer data (such as HTTPS). This encrypts the communication of our users with the servers so identifiable personal information will never be intercepted by unauthorised third parties. We use anonymisation and pseudonyms when appropriate.
We monitor our systems to detect potential vulnerability and attacks. Our database back-ups are carried out by the cloud computing company OVH that hosts our website.
The databases are cleaned (the personal data of the user is deleted) before being used in the development or test environment.
Although we do our best, we cannot guarantee absolute information security.
However, we are committed to informing the authorities of potential data breaches. We will also inform you if there is a threat to your rights or interests. We will do everything that is reasonably possible to prevent security breaches and help the authorities in case of a breach.
If you have an account with us, you must keep your username and password secret.

We do not collect or knowingly collect information about children. We do not target our services to children.

Article 10. Your access to your private data

You have a permanent and free right to access and rectify all data concerning you, in compliance with the GDPR and the Belgian provisions in force.
You may send a request to Youtterly at any moment to find out what information we hold concerning you.

Article 11. How to delete your private data?

Go to the youtterly.store website from your Youtterly account. In the “Account Details” section at the bottom of the page, click on “Deletion Request”. Then follow the private data deletion procedure.
Please note that when you place an order, your Youtterly® account is unable to be legitimately deleted for the five years following the order date. This is so we can store your data in order to ensure the product guarantee and give you access to our after sales services.
To directly unsubscribe from our newsletters, you can click on “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of the message or email us directly at store@Youtterly.com if you have a Youtterly® account. Go to your Youtterly account and the “Account Details” section at the bottom of the page. Click on “Deletion Request”. Then follow the private data deletion procedure.
